I love that people’s name tags had the state so you could naturally discover more about each other and it encouraged people to network outside of their own area. I’m glad that we went to our regional WhatsApp groups at the end, because it seeded a different connection outside of the event that could be continued at home. This kept the focus on CCREW and the larger group, which was pretty intimate in terms of a networking environment. This is what really made it magical!”

CCREW shows how important it is in this predominantly female environment to set aside fear and jealousy and share, connect, exchange, work hand in hand and work together to be seen for our worth and importance, as well as to get the appropriate appreciation and value, especially in certain parts of the world. We as Corporate Flight Attendants, also as FAs in general, have to believe again in ourselves and the impact we have on people’s welfare and that we’re not only a nice add-on or simply a decoration.
We are Flight Attendants, a profession with a bunch of totally different hats to wear every single day, whatever title is currently tried out and put onto our job. A big shout out for the energy and time the creators have put into its creation! Thank you!"
