INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

As a sponsor, you receive two attendee registrations. A separate submission for each attendee is required for name badge tracking.

PLEASE REGISTER NO LATER THAN MAY 11, 2026 TO ALLOW CCREW TIME TO PROCESS YOUR NAME BADGES AND CONFIRM ATTENDANCE COUNT.

Once you have submitted your online registration form, CCREW will confirm by email and provide a link to the Sponsor Welcome Page (which is a hidden page on our website).

IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN TWO REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING:

Add-on registrations are available at a special rate: $150 per additional attendee. Maximum add-ons: 3 (5 total)

IF YOU ONLY HAVE ONE REPRESENTATIVE ATTENDING CCREW:

If you only have one representative attending, you are welcome to raffle the complimentary admission or gift it to someone.

We kindly ask you to please NOTIFY CCREW in advance and the giveaway is completed no less than 7 days prior to the event date. This allows the recipient time to make travel and lodging arrangements and for CCREW attendee processing.

Once a recipient is selected - please notify us with their name and email and we will send them a link for registration as an attendee (and not a sponsor) for name badge purposes.
