CCREW [Cabin Crewmember Resource Exchange & Workshop] is a 501c3 non-profit organization designed to serve business aviation cabin crewmembers - globally. CCREW hosts an annual 2-day information and resource exchange "non-conference" interactive workshop, designed specifically for connecting corporate flight attendants/cabin attendants and flight technicians with peers, vendors and suppliers, and industry leaders.
The first CCREW event is taking place April 24-25, 2023 in Charlotte, NC.
The CCREW attendee registration fee is $249.50 USD, and includes:
If registration is cancelled 72 hours prior to day one of CCREW 2023, a complete refund, minus any credit card processing fees incurred by CCREW, will be processed.
IF NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION IS PRIOR TO APRIL 21, 2023 (09:00ET)
If registration is canceled less than 72 hours prior to day one of CCREW 2023, a refund of 50% of the total admission fee will be refunded. 50% = $124.75 ($249.50 admission fee)
IF NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION IS AFTER APRIL 21, 2023 (09:01ET).
Upon notification, CCREW will issue a refund via the Stripe platform. Per Stripe, and it will take a few days before your credit appears to you.
CCREW registered attendees is capped at 125. It is intentionally capped due to the innovative and unique structure of this event. CCREW is a resource and information exchange, not a conference, and is designed to be 100% interactive between the panelists and attendees.
CCREW is a resource and experience exchange workshop for all experience levels. This is the only event which is specially designed for business aviation cabin crewmembers - globally. Therefore, it is an excellent opportunity to connect and network with your peers, industry leaders, training and various product suppliers, as well as learning more about the inner workings and dynamics of being a corporate flight attendant/flight technician.
There is a :45 minute breakout session on both day 1 and day 2 intended for new to industry.
We recommend you review the 2-day agenda and make your decision on whether you feel you will benefit from this experience.
The short answer is, yes. However, the decision must be your own.
CCREW 2023 has a capacity cap for attendees (125) due to the unique interactive concept. Once this is met, open registration will close. We don't anticipate reaching capacity until much closer to the event dates due to everyone's unpredictable schedules and commitments. There is no need to feel like you have to register immediately or you'll miss out. We will make announcements if we are getting close to capacity.
Please note: We have a 72 cancellation notification policy in place. Therefore, if applicable, you can request to be placed on a standby short-notice notification list. Please contact CCREW to be placed on the attendee standby list.
Yes. CCREW will not provide any financial transfer services however, If we are notified 24 hours prior to the event (by 9:00amET April 23, 2023), we will replace the registered attendee name on the required name badge and check-in list. Any payment transfers will need to be handled directly.
