If you are currently not a member of CCREW 2025 Attendees WhatsApp Group (formerly CCREW 2024 Attendees) please join this WhatsApp group. This group includes all registered attendees, attending sponsors and speakers.
This serves as our primary communication platform for all event notifications, changes and updates, attendee logistics, hotel stays, shuttle buses, and session alerts during the 2-day event. Polls and Info collection are ongoing.

Professional Head Shots
The CCREW 2025 Photographer, Christopher Mortenson “Morty Vision,” will be available for individual professional headshots on Sunday, April 6 at the Renaissance Hotel (SouthPark).
$100 (USD) Scheduling of time and payment is made directly with Christopher (Venmo or Zelle).
Dietary Restrictions/Allergies
CCREW sponsors are providing breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon breaks on days 1 and 2. Plus, Monday night's event.
Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and/or allergies and we will make sure to accommodate your requests.
CCREW Badge and Lanyards
CCREW NAME BADGES
All attendees will be provided with a CCREW Badge and Lanyard at check-in on Day 1. This is required to be worn on both Days 1 & 2 while attending the event.
You are not required to wear the badge during the Monday evening social event at Pins Mechanical.
WATER BOTTLE
All attendees are provided with a refillable water bottle at check-in.
The IFCC/Minti facility has several filtered water refill stations - located at the restrooms and in the IFCC and Minti Kitchens and Break Stations.
